Title: ESTIMATE COSTS FOR OVERNIGHT PARKING YEAR-ROUND AND PROACTIVE ENFORCEMENT OPTIONS The Committee discussed the estimated costs for overnight parking year-round and the proactive enforcement options provided by Enforcement Services. Bryan Keene, Supervisor of Enforcement Services provided an overview of City's current overnight parking enforcement. Mr. Keene noted that if year-round enforcement of overnight parking was implemented additional staff, more vehicles and technology would be required. Wendy Cooke, Director of Legislative and Court Services Department/City Clerk noted that staff could investigate other municipalities concerning overnight parking programs. The Committee members ask a number of questions of Mr. Keene and Ms. Cooke and received responses
