YOUTH EVENT
The Committee further discussed their ideas for a youth event, including the overall scope of the event, size, location and date. Members noted the unique challenges involved in planning an event catered to youth and agreed it would need to consider aspects of student life, such as summer break, extracurricular activities, and transportation limitations. The Committee hopes to use results from their Youth Survey to guide further planning. Staff will follow-up on ideal dates and locations and report back at the next meeting.
