Title: SWEARING IN OF NEW STUDENT MAYOR(S) Jeff Carswell, Deputy City Clerk called upon Nikita Sidorkin Mishan from Hillcrest Public School and Arman Zamani from Holly Meadows Elementary School to be sworn into office as Student Mayors. After being sworn into office, Nikita and Arman assumed their seats next to Mayor Lehman. Mayor Lehman introduced the members of City Council to Nikita and Arman. He noted that members of City staff and representatives of the community's media were also in attendance.
