That the presentation by M. Prowse, Chief Administrative Officer concerning a Waterfront Operations Update, be received.
AMENDMENT #1

That the motion to receive the presentation concerning the Waterfront Operations Update, be amended to add the following paragraphs:
1. That the Emergency Order and applicable By-laws be amended to extend resident waterfront pass only restrictions and be classified as Waterfront Parking/Lots within a 500 metres walking distance of Wilkins Park be put in effect until October 15, 2020 to:
• Capps Drive
• Crimson Ridge Road between Capps Drive and Tamarack Trail
• Royal Park Boulevard between Capps Drive and Tamarack Trail
• Bluewater Trail
• Sandalwood Court
• Valleyview Court
and that the estimated cost for the signage of $8500 be funded from the Council Strategic Priorities Reserve.
2. That the staff in Legislative and Court Services Department (Enforcement Services) send an amendment to the application to the Ministry of the Attorney General as follows:
a) To increase the set fine $100 for paid parking infractions at these locations; and
b) To increase the early payment to $75 for parking infractions at these locations.

That the motion to receive the presentation concerning the Waterfront Operations Update, be amended to add the following paragraphs:
1. That the Emergency Order and applicable By-laws be amended to extend resident waterfront pass only restrictions and be classified as Waterfront Parking/Lots be put in effect until October 15, 2020 to:
• Vespra Street between Innisfil Street and Bradford Street
• Victoria Street between Innisfil Street and Sanford Street
• John Street between Sanford Street and Ellen Street
• Sanford St between Vespra and John Street
• Ellen Street south of Victoria (on the west side only)
and that signage be installed at an estimated cost of $3000 to be funded from the Council Strategic Priorities Reserve.
2. That the staff in Legislative and Court Services Department (Enforcement Services) send an amendment to the application to the Ministry of the Attorney General as follows:
a) To increase the set fine $100 for paid parking infractions at these locations; and
b) To increase the early payment to $75 for parking infractions at these locations.

2. That the staff in Legislative and Court Services Department (Enforcement Services) send an amendment to the application to the Ministry of the Attorney General as follows:
a) To increase the set fine $100 for paid parking infractions at these locations; and
b) To increase the early payment to $75 for parking infractions at these locations.

That the motion to receive the presentation concerning the Waterfront Operations Update, be amended to add the following paragraphs:
1. That the Emergency Order and applicable By-laws be amended to extend resident waterfront pass only restrictions and be classified as Waterfront Parking/Lots be put in effect until October 15, 2020 to:
a) To classify Heritage Lot, Lakeshore Lot, North Marina Lot and Spirit Catcher Lots as Waterfront Lots; and
b) To increase the hourly rate to $10 per hour and the daily rate to $50.
2. That the staff in Legislative and Court Services Department (Enforcement Services) send an amendment to the application to the Ministry of the Attorney General as follows:
a) To increase the set fine $100 for paid parking infractions at these locations; and
b) To increase the early payment to $75 for parking infractions at these locations.

• Brennan Avenue between White Oaks Road and Southview Road

and that signage be installed at an estimated cost of $7600 to be funded from the Council Strategic Priorities Reserve.
