Harris That motion 21-G-094 of Section "C" of the General Committee Report dated April 19, 2021, be amended by deleting paragraph 2 and replacing it with the following: "That staff in Access Barrie create an online survey to poll residents on road safety and speed changes in the City of Barrie to solicit feedback from residents as to whether they are in favour of a city-wide reduction or solely a reduction in residential areas, along with any further questions including specific streets of concern with respect to road safety and speeding that staff believe are beneficial to assist with the staff report on this matter." CARRIED Upon the question of the original motion, moved by Deputy Mayor, B. Ward and seconded by Councillor, N. Harris, the motion was CARRIED AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT #1.

That motion 21-G-094 of Section “C” of the General Committee Report dated April 19, 2021, be amended by deleting paragraph 2 and replacing it with the following:
