Title: CITY UPDATES Jason Forgrave, Supervisor of Enforcement Services provided an update on parking restrictions in the City. Mr. Forgrave mentioned that the overnight parking restrictions started December 1, 2021, beginning with a week of warnings, and will continue until March 31, 2022, seven days a week, regardless of weather conditions. He indicated that Enforcement Services is continuing to assist with COVID-19 restriction complaints such as masks, proof of vaccination, and the amount of people in certain locations. Michael Gallagher, Zoning Officer provided a statistical update of 820 city-wide zoning complaints from January 1, 2021, to date, with 45% located in the northeast end and 75% within proximity to Georgian College. He advised the complainants are generally associated to interior and exterior issues such as two-unit houses, accessory dwellings, boarding, lodging, rooming houses, vehicles being parked on landscape, commercial and accessory building location standards.
