Mr. Sergeant advised that on September 17th, 2021 a motorcycle club of Canadian army veterans from London, Ontario, presented a donation the Royal Canadian ensign that flew on the HMCS Barrie ship during World War II to the City of Barrie on behalf of Mrs. Norma Jean. Mr. Sergeant discussed plans for the ensign which includes a formal presentation to City Council in 2022.
