Title: ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION - 365, 367, AND 369 EDGEHILL DRIVE (S.R. PROPERTIES INC.) 1. That the Zoning By-law Amendment Application submitted by the Goodreid Planning Group on behalf of S.R. Properties Inc. to rezone lands known municipally as 365, 367 & 369 Edgehill Drive from Single Detached Residential Dwelling Second Density (R2) to Multiple Residential Dwelling Second Density Street Townhouse (RM2-TH) be approved subject to the following condition (D14-1509): a) That the owner/applicant be required to pay the outstanding municipal property taxes on the subject lands, all to the satisfaction of the Director of Finance. 2.
