On behalf of City Council, Mayor Lehman welcomed Stephen Naylor to the City of Barrie as the Director of Planning. He commented that Mr. Naylor was previously employed at the City of Brantford and noted that his extensive experience in the public and private sector, knowledge of amalgamations, Secondary Plans and Growth Studies will be a valuable asset as the City of Barrie continues to grow.
