The property owner of the home at 129 Cumberland Street and property owners of the semi-detached home at 168 and 170 Bradford Street provided historical information regarding their respective properties.
Councillor B. Ward provided an overview of the financial incentives included in the Community Improvement Plan for buildings listed on the Municipal Heritage Register. Councillor Ward reviewed the application process for the Renovation Grant Program and eligibility criteria.
The Committee met and discussed requests to be added to the Heritage Register from the property owners at: 59 Burton Avenue, 168 and 170 Bradford Street and 129 Cumberland Street.
