Dawn McAlpine, General Manager of Community and Corporate Services introduced Kevin Datema, Acting Director of Recreation and Culture Services who provided a presentation regarding a Performing Arts Centre (PAC) update.
Mr. Datema discussed slides concerning the following topics:
· Council direction and recommendations of the Performing Arts Centre;
· Request for Proposal awarded to Hariri Pontarini Architects;
· Scope of work for the consultation service; and
· A detailed summary of the project schedule.

Amanda Dyke discussed the Committee’s request for a directory on various arts organizations, arts services, vendors, and venues. Ms. Dyke indicate that the directory had been started by summer students and is still in the process of completion for presentation to the new term of Committee. She shared her screen to provide the Committee with a glimpse of the working document.
