G. Dickson, Senior Planner of the Planning and Building Services Department provided a presentation concerning the Uptown Theatre Application municipally known as 37 - 67 Dunlop Street West and 35-37 Mary Street.
Mr. Dickson discussed slides concerning the following topics:
· The proposal and site context associated with development of the subject lands and surrounding area;
· The proposed Zoning By-law Amendments;
· The conceptual site plan for the proposed development;
· The conceptual renderings illustrating the following building elevations:
o Building Elevations - North;
o Building Elevations - South;
o Building Elevations - West; and
o Building Elevations - East.
· A photograph illustrating the Dunlop Street perspective of the proposed development; and;
· A photograph illustrating the Skyline perspective of the proposed development.
