That motion 19-G-016 of Section “B” of the General Committee Report dated January 21, 2019 concerning the 2019 Business Plan be amended by delete paragraph 3 and replacing it with the following words:
That the request from the Barrie Public Library Board regarding the establishment of a Library Ramp-Up Reserve in the amount of $150,000 be denied and that the net tax levy be decreased by $150,000.

That motion 19-G-016 of Section “B” of the General Committee Report dated January 21, 2019 concerning the 2019 Business Plan be amended by:
adding section b) to paragraph 14, as follows:
b) That Schedule “J” of the Fees By-law Roads Parks and Fleet (page 353), be amended as follows:
i. That the hourly rate for the marina parking lot be increased from $1.00 to $3.00; and
ii. That the daily maximum for the marina parking permit rate for non-residents be increased to $20.

Councillor, G. Harvey declared that to remain in compliance with his statutory obligations under Section 17(3) of the Police Services Act he was unable to participate in the discussions or vote on this matter. He rolled his chair back from the Council table.

That motion 19-G-017 of Section “C” of the General Committee Report dated January 21, 2019 concerning the 2019 Business Plan be amended by:
adding the following paragraph to paragraph 2:
That the Barrie Police Service reduce their tax supported net levy requirement by $200,000 and that the net tax levy be decreased by $200,000.
