- Overview of feedback received for Phase 1 and Phase 2;

- Guiding Principles;

- Development of alternative scenarios;
- Current evaluation criteria;
- Future peak hour transportation challenges; and
- Next steps and open discussion.

The committee discussed the possibility of having Sean Mason and Redwood Communities attend to discuss sustainability ideas. The members discussed the existence of a sustainability coordinator at the City and T. Macdonald, Deputy City Clerk will investigate this matter and report back to the committee. The committee also discussed the working group structure and committee mandate and will have further discussion on these topics at a future meeting. | | |
