Ms. Diemert discussed slides concerning the following topics:

· Infrastructure Carry-Over between 2019 to 2024;
· The status of the following Infrastructure projects:
o EN177 Bryne Drive New Road Construction Harvie to North of Caplan;
o EN1166 - Duckworth Street New Transmission Watermain and Road Expansion;
o EN1288 Bayview Drive New Transmission Watermain and Road Expansion;
o EN1319 Eugenia Street Reconstruction;
o EN1238 Wellington D1;
o EN1280 Queens Park A1 Neighbourhood Reconstruction;
o EN1257 McKay Road Expansion - Reid Drive to West of Highway 400;
o EN1549 Pavement Management Program;
o EN1463 Sophia Creek Owen Tributary storm outlet from Memorial Square;
o EN1487 Ferndale Water Tower - Repairs and Upgrades; and

Bridget Mitchell, Manager of Solid Waste Management Policy and Planning and Stephanie Mack, Associate Director of Waste Management and Environmental Sustainability provided a presentation concerning an update on the Automated Cart Collection - Carts Rolling to the Curb.
Ms. Mitchell and Ms. Mack discussed slides concerning the following topics:
· A video showcasing automated cart collection;
· Cart capacity and storage space;
· Residential and business institutional set-outs;
· Cart limits based on property type;
· Cart selection and registration to March 31, 2025;
· A preview of the carts at select City facilities;
· The timeline related to roll out of the carts; and
· Contact information for the carts.
