Feeney identified himself to the Chair and explained he was acting on behalf of the Issuer of Licences for the City of Barrie. Mr. S. Feeney requested an exclusion order from the Committee with respect to the second witness on behalf of 1748215 Ontario Inc., Mr. C. Iftikhar.
