Riepma That motion 20-P-046 of the Planning Committee Report dated November 30, 2020 concerning an Application for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment for 51-75 Bradford Street and 20 Checkley Street (Ward 2) be amended by adding the following paragraphs: 1. That staff in Development Services give consideration to the following provisions for the Tower 1 portion of the subject property prior to the final by-law being passed; a) A side yard of 0.5 metres along the 2 and 6 Toronto property line; b) A maximum building height of 10 metres within 15 metres of the 2 and 6 Toronto Property line c) A maximum building height of 30 metres at 15 metres of the 2 and 6 Toronto property line; d) A maximum building height of 10 metres within 5 metres of the front lot line; e) A maximum building height of 30 metres within 15 metres of the front lot line; f) The building step brecommended for adoption  Action details Not available
