Mayor Lehman noted that the winners were selected based on their originality, positivity, and expressiveness. Mayor Lehman called upon the following contest winners who shared their artwork or short story: · Primary (Kindergarten to Grade 3): Jack Prestwich, Grade 3, Assikinack Public School · Junior (Grade 4 to 6): Sadie Mitton, Grade 6, West Bayfield Elementary School · Intermediate (Grade 7 and 8): Eden Goreta, Grade 7, St. John Paul II Catholic School Councillor, M. McCann discussed that the contest began five years ago in Ward 10. He advised that the City welcomed 110 entries of artwork and short stories from youths across 19 elementary schools sharing why they love Barrie. 21-A-048 1  Presentation - CCRECOGNITION OF THE MONARCH ULTRA RUN EVENT Carlotta James, Co-founder/Project Director, and Gunther Schubert from Monarch Ultra Run Event provided a presentation concerning Monarch Ultra’s efforts to raise awareness of the decline in the monarch butterfly population and the migratory journey they take every year. A video was played highlighting the 2019 Monarch Ultra Run Event that ran across North America ending in Central Mexico. 21-A-049 1  Reports from Officers REPORT OF THE INTEGRITY COMMISSIONER DATED APRIL 22, 2021 Suzanne Craig, Integrity Commissioner provided an overview on the content of her Complaint Investigation Report dated April 22, 2021 under the City of Barrie Code of Conduct concerning the alleged conduct of Chair, Rob Hamilton of the Downtown Barrie Business Association (BIA). Ms. Craig discussed her findings and recommendations contained within the Report. Mr. Hamilton was not in attendance to speak at the meeting. Members of Council asked a number of questions to the Integrity Commissioner and City staff and received responses. Pursuant to Section 7.14 of the Procedural By-law 2019-100 as amended, Councillor, M. Morales raised a point of privilege. Mayor J.
