Mona Boyd, Parks Horticulture Foreperson provided a brief update regarding the donations from Bradford Greenhouses Garden Gallery and the City’s Communications Department. She advised that she received gift cards, reusable water bottles, notebooks and pens for participants, and gift bags with bulbs and garden tools for the Little Bloomers participants.
The Committee discussed the notification of the draws and winners. They agreed to do an interactive video to showcase the names of the participants being drawn. The Committee asked that staff reach out to the Communications Department for any limitations or restrictions in doing an interactive video. | | |
