Mona Boyd, Parks Horticulture Person discussed the 2021 Communities in Bloom and Little Bloomers Programs and the residents that participated.
Ms. Boyd commented that the Committee attended the Bradford Greenhouse Garden Gallery to draw the winners that participated in the Programs. She advised that the following participants received prizes that were donated by local organizations:
Little Bloomers: Bulbs and Gardening Tools:
