M. Boyd, Horticulture Foreperson indicated that the judges’, Martin Quinn and Rodger Yonker, arrival and stay is set for July 26th, where they will be departing on July 28th. Ms. Boyd mentioned that there will not be a community get together, however, everything is still within the planning stages. The Committee discussed the possibility of a virtual meeting with the judges, the deadline for registration, a digital profile document, accommodations for the judges, and working with communications department on promotion and information regarding the Communities in Bloom. | Received | |
