Mr. Taylor advised that he is a resident of the affected area. He noted his concerns associated with the soil and water conditions limiting the number of parking levels, the proposed building height. He indicated that he believed that the development is too big for the area and that the primary justification is intensification. Mr. Taylor expressed his concerns associated with the unprecedented standard of this development and the short and long term impacts to his community.
